Requirements

Pro features require:

• A valid Pro license key
• Your own API key from Claude (Anthropic) or OpenAI

BYOK (Bring Your Own Key)

You pay for API usage directly to Anthropic or OpenAI. Typical meeting costs ~$0.01-0.05 per transcript.

Setup

1. Purchase a Pro license
2. Activate your license
3. Add your API key
4. Enable AI features in settings

Upgrading from Free to Pro

If you already have meeting notes from the free version, you can easily add AI enrichment to them:

1. Activate your Pro license and configure your API key
2. Open command palette (Cmd/Ctrl + P)
3. Run: MeetingMind: Reprocess all meetings (add AI to existing notes)
4. Confirm the batch operation

This will:

• Add AI summaries, action items, and decisions to all existing meetings
• Extract entities (issues, topics) if enabled
• Update participant notes with AI insights
• Preserve your original transcript data

Note: This may take several minutes depending on how many meetings you have, and will use your AI API credits (~$0.01-0.05 per meeting).
